MY FAVOURITE HEALTHY MANGO & BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL

So easy to do, and takes seconds to make - this sunny smoothie bowl is filling and seriously yummy. Heres how you can make one for yourself...

What you need:

x1 banana, sliced
x1 mango, sliced
1x apple, sliced
50ml greek natural yogurt (skip if you're vegan)
1tsp ground flaxseed
1tbsp chia seeds
2tbsp free from oat granola, or equivalent
2tbsp plain oats
Honey (optional, skip if you're vegan)

How to:
It's just so easy, all you need to do is put it all into your blender - I'm using a Nutribullet - and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Blend a little less if you want it to be slightly more chunky. Remove and pour into a bowl. If you're vegan, swap the yogurt for a little bit of almond milk, and use a natural syrup like agave nectar instead of honey.

Finish by arranging on some chopped apple and sprinkling over the granola. I added another dollop of yogurt and some honey.
