APRIL SHOWERS: THE CUTEST NEW TRAVEL MINIS FROM TREACLEMOON

They may be cheap, but they really are cheerful. I love a nice smelling shower gel - in fact, I believe I could be counted as a collector (*cough* hoarder) - and these new pocket sized creations from treaclemoon are ticking all of my boxes.
I never knew I wanted to smell like a marshmallow, but now I just do. Here's what I think of the four flavours...

TREACLEMOON MARSHMALLOW HEARTS // 99p
I'm not always a huge fan of really sweet smells, and when I'm choosing a perfume, I tend to go for more masculine ones, just because I like a nice pine-y smell. This is sweet. Very sweet. But I actually strangely love it. I half wanted to nibble at my skin and half go out and buy a multi pack of 'mallows. Yum.

TREACLEMOON THE HONEYCOMB SECRET // 99p

Honey is such a nostalgic smell, whenever I catch a whiff of it I just get taken back to my sixth form days wearing the Body Shop Honeymania body butter. Not quite as sweet as marshmallow, but still lovely to use. I'd pack this for a weekend away.

TREACLEMOON THE RASPBERRY KISS // 99p
Well this certainly is a fruity number. If you like berry smells, this is for you. I don't so much, but it isn't unpleasant. It smelled stronger than the other three, so it lasts on your skin. It's a good summer body wash.

TREACLEMOON MY COCONUT ISLAND // 99p
The best for last - I'm such a coconut girl. The smell reminds me of exotic holidays and sun burn. Which admittedly isn't a great thing, but it just smells like sunshine to me. And this is a very powerful coconut wash. I've tried the body butter version and I wasn't impressed - I thought it wasn't creamy enough - but mix this into your bath and soak for half an hour and you'd be hard pushed not to be in a good mood.

// NOTES ON THE RANGE //

*Foams up nicely under a tap
*The smell lasts on your skin for a good few hours. Not all day, but for under £1, they do well.
*Quite hydrating and didn't irritate my sensitive skin
*You can get all four for £3.96. Yaas!
*You can buy them from Tesco.
*You'll need to book a holiday after buying these. It would be rude not to.

What are your thoughts on bargain ranges v expensive ones? Does it matter when it's just a shower gel? x
