Hello, beauties! So a few weeks ago I did a post all about how I'm starting the month long Results with Lucy Beach Body plan ( if you didn't catch it, read about it here), and I've just passed the mid-way point, so I thought I would update you all on how I'm doing.
You might wonder why I haven't put any before and after shots in this post, but that's because in a week or so, I'll be doing another one on my final results, and I'd like to save it for then.

BUT I guess the big question is - have I noticed results?
Because I've been working out for years now, in gyms and in various fitness classes, I was already at quite a good level. So, I honestly didn't think home workouts would be enough to maintain the body tone that I like. But they really have, and I'm impressed. I can see an improvement in definition, especially in my abs - and I part credit the weekly diet plan for that.

So to go along with this post, I thought I'd show you some of my favourite new workout moves I've learnt from doing the plan...

MOVE 1 // Basketball crouch shots

MOVE 2 // Hold side lunges

MOVE 3 // Knee tuck crunch

So there they are. If you want to get involved, then remember, it's not too late to sign up to the beach body plan here. The recipes have been really good, and the home workouts are tough, but worth powering through.
