I've got some exciting news, I've been given a sneaky look at Results with Lucy's new Bikini Body Programme - and starting Tuesday, I'll be trying it out for you.

I'd heard of Results with Lucy, and I follow the founder, Lucy Mecklenburgh (literally, all kinds of body goals), on Twitter - and she often posts before and after shots of her followers' results. And they always look so impressive. So when I was contacted the other week, asking if I wanted to try out the new Bikini Body plan, I agreed. 

The new program is all about making you feel happy in your skin by helping you to increase your fitness level and tone. It's going to be up on their site and announced on the 3rd of this month, so in a few days' time - but I thought I'd give you all an exclusive peak at what it's all going to be about. So here it is...


*There's going to be two plans to choose from - the Beach Body (a six week plan for beginners -intermediate fitness levels) and the Beach Body Plus (a four week plan for intermediate - advanced fitness levels). I'll be trying out the four week-er.
*Both plans come with food guides, recipes and nutritional help.
*Video guides
*There's a kickstart guide where you can make any changes to the diet plan and set all your fitness goals.
* An eating out guide to help you make healthier choices when you're in a restaurant
*A hotel room workout guide for keeping your fitness topped up when you're away

I haven't had a full look at it yet because I can't check it out till Tuesday, but I wanted to let you all know! I'll be posting shots and snaps and videos from some of the workouts - so keep checking back here for all the updates.
