MY RESULTS WITH LUCY BEACH BODY BEFORE AND AFTERS

As you all may know, for the past six (ish) weeks I've been trying out the new Results with Lucy Beach Body Plan, and I've updated you twice along the way. This week was my final week, so I'm showing you all my before and after shots (drumroll?)...
Six weeks ago and now
It's funny because six weeks ago, when I was asked if I'd like to give the plan a try, I thought I was already in pretty good shape. And it's not that I was overweight, but looking at these shots side by side, I've realised just how much following the plan has changed my shape.

Six weeks ago
I work out the same amount as I did six weeks months ago, and I still went to the gym as I normally did, even though I still did the RWL workouts 4/5 times a week. But what I really think has made the difference, is having a meal plan. I'm such a snacker, so having a list of snacks and meals each day made me stick to it - and after the first few weeks I felt less bloated and had more energy.

Today
Is it hard to get into? When I first started, it felt strange to use lighter weights and do quicker workouts. But it was really easy to fit it into my day. So even if you have half an hour spare, you can do it and get on with your day.

I guess the question is, would I recommend others sign up? Yes, I actually would. If you suffer from lack of motivation, time, or just a fear of going into a crowded gym - this will work for you. 

Today
My advice is to push through with it, because it does take a few weeks see results. I did, and I couldn't be happier. I should note as well that my initial post said I was doing the four week plan, but I liked the meals and the workouts so much, I extended it a little to get me up to the six weeks.

  1. You look amazing! I struggle sticking to meal plans so much.. damn food allergies! Will be looking into this :)
