I haven't done one of these in a while, but I like them, because I get to look back over my week and realise just why I'm so sleepy on Sundays!
This week has been a busy one at work, with my website and just in general. I feel I haven't been posting as much as I should, so I'm going to give you all the love next week. I'm also thinking of running another giveaway Instagram comp, so if any of you have anything beauty related that you're dying to get your hands on, then comment below and I'll do my best for next week!

Ah I was so excited by this. The lovely team at Heyland & Whittle took me to the Chelsea Flower Show last week, and even though the weather had us all wrapped up with scarfs and jumpers (seriously, summer), I had such a lovely morning. They had their own stand there, selling all of their gorgeous candles and soaps. I even got to meet the owners, who were delightfully eccentric.

If you haven't been to Roast before, it's nestled in Borough Market - in London Bridge. I went off it for a while because of their refusal to put avocado on their menu, but my campaigning has finally paid off because THEY HAVE AVOCADO. I can safely return in the knowledge that they serve my favourite morning snack. Great cappuccinos as well - though word of warning, avoid their green juice. I don't know why but it tastes like onions and I'm not okay with that.

You probably know that I've been working with Results with Lucy on their new beach body plan, and this week I did a post on how I was finding it. There's even a few action shots of me trying some of the moves. Read more about that here.

I was so excited for the Estee Lauder party last week because the ACTUAL Kendall was there. It wasn't that glamorous sadly, she was hidden behind a screen, and I think we all spent most of our time queuing on the road by Selfridges than actually inside. BUT despite all that, I did get to check out some of the new Estee Edit beauty bits, and I am in love with the new blue ombre packaging.

I don't think I'll be able to make it through a week without instagramming at least one shot of avo on toast. This week there was two. I have nothing more to say about this other than I spent a whole morning reading magazines and munching on toast, which is my idea of a perfect day.

I am always taking pictures of photogenic doughnuts, and these are from my local coffee shop in Bethnal Green called The Common. These are Crosstown Doughnuts, and they are AMAZING. My favourite is the salted caramel one - so if you can find a cafe that serve them, I really recommend checking them out because they are my favourite Saturday treat.

And we're on to today. I got up early and did a Stretch & Tone class at Virgin Active. It's a mixture of yoga,  pilates and core/leg work. I'm not really a huge yoga fan because it takes more patience that I have, but I can already feel my legs burning after doing this. I felt so energised after it as well, so give it a go! These Skin Omegas in the picture are a new favourite in my handbag, and I can't tell you how excited I am by vitamins in a zip-lock bag. It makes life so much easier.

I started taking these because I just felt my skin and eyes (no, seriously, eyes) looked really tired, and I was recommended taking Omega 3 for bright eyes. So far, so good - my skin feels in better condition and I don't have such dry eyes. Give them a go - you can pick up a few different sorts of pouches from here, for £19.99.

Have a lovely sunny Sunday beauts xx
