DR HAUSCHKA SKINCARE REVIEWS & YOGA NIGHT

Last night I got to join the Dr. Hauschka team at The Hoxton Hotel for a relaxing night of yoga and beauty product testing.
If you haven't been to The Hoxton, or don't live in London, it's a really amazing hotel in Holborn. They have a breakfast place there too called Hubbard & Bell, and I think they do one of my favourite avocado on toasts (and I like to think I am somewhat of an expert in that field). We were in the private apartment, and it had been decked out in fairy lights, with yoga mats and candles dotted around the floor.

If you want to have a look at all that then head over to my Snapchat - zoemegan9 - and you can have a looksie at how pretty the set-up was.

DR HAUSCHKA LAVENDER SANDALWOOD CALMING BODY CREAM // £24.50

Don't you just hate those body creams that take forever to rub in, and when you finally manage it, they either leave white streaks, or they just disappear into nothing and you end with dry skin after a few hours? I do. But this one is really lightweight - like an oily cream - and it sinks in very quickly. It smells like an actual spa too. You know, that smell when you've just finished your massage and you walk out feeling heavenly. That's how I'd describe this. A really lovely cream that stays on skin and hydrates very nicely.

DR HAUSCHKA NIGHT SERUM // £39

One of their newest launches is this night-time serum. It's completely oil-free, and makes you skin look healthier and renewed while you sleep. It also smells spa-like - in fact, I haven't smelled anything by them that isn't dreamy. You use this like you would a primer, so after you cleanse and tone. But you do it at night - so keep on using your regular products in the day, then put this on instead of your cream at night. Though, if you have dry skin, you may need to put a blob of night cream on as well (I do).

DR HAUSCHKA ALMOND SOOTHING BODY WASH // £13.50

I love shower gels. No, seriously, I'm somewhat of a collector. I'm a massive fan of the Korres ones, but this is also high up on my soapy lust list. It's alcohol free, so it doesn't strip your skin, and packed with oils (like almond), so that when you get out of the shower, your skin feels amazing. I pour some under running water and turn it into a bath sometimes - just because I love the buttery, essential oil-y smell (is that even english?). Try it.

They have a few ranges and you can find them all in M&S and online here.

What's your favourite skincare brand? This is definitely topping my list!
